Job summary

Bunge Iberica SA is seeking an Associate Team Lead for Direct Tax & Transfer Pricing to oversee complex tax matters, drive governance, and optimize tax processes. The role reports to the RTR/Lead Tax in GBO Finance and requires strong SAP and Excel skills, along with experience in transfer pricing across multinational entities.

The candidate will lead tax provisions, tax filings, and intercompany pricing analyses while liaising with tax authorities and external advisors.

Responsibilities

• Lead and review complex direct tax activities, including tax provisions, ETR forecasting, CIT filings, withholding tax processes, and year‑end true‑ups.
• Provide technical guidance on direct tax and transfer pricing matters, including intercompany pricing, functional analyses, and interpretation of tax regulations.
• Act as a primary liaison for tax authorities and external advisors during audits, reviews, and complex filings.
• Oversee and challenge tax and transfer pricing reconciliations, identifying risks, control gaps, and improvement opportunities.
• Drive tax process initiatives, including standardization and knowledge development within the tax team.
