Job summary

A human resource services firm in Quezon City is seeking a Supervisor for Manufacturing Operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and compliance with quality standards. Responsibilities include scheduling production activities, leading and training staff, and implementing food safety protocols. A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and at least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment are essential. This is a full-time position.

Job Description

• Supervise daily production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and compliance with quality standards
• Plan, coordinate, and schedule production activities to optimize output and meet delivery targets
• Lead, train, and motivate production staff to promote teamwork and operational excellence
• Implement, enforce, and monitor food safety and hygiene protocols throughout the production process
• Review and analyze production data; prepare and submit performance reports and key metrics to management
• Ensure consistent quality in the manufacturing of plastic products, including drinking straws, flexible and hard straws, tamper-proof seals, shrink films, and other packaging materials

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
