Job summary

Standard Plastics Corporation is seeking an On-site Production/Engineering Supervisor in Quezon City. The role involves planning, organizing and directing all phases of either Production or Engineering work, and supervising a team to meet the production schedule.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering and 3-5 years of experience in plastics machinery, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• 3–5 years of experience handling plastic machinery and equipment, with at least 1 year in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and execute all phases of either Production or Engineering work.
• Supervise and lead a team to meet the production schedule.
• Implement best practices to enhance operational efficiency; supervise all shift activities.
• Engineering duties include planning, installation, repair and maintenance of extruder machines and related equipment.

Production in charge – are expected to supervise all phases of

work during his shift. Judiciously manages the resources of his shift to meet

the production schedule.

Engineering in charge – are expected to adopt hands on approach

in the planning, supervision, control and installation, repair, renovation and

maintenance of the extruder machine and all machineries.

Preferably with a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical

Preferably with 3-5 of work experience in handling plastic

machineries and equipment, preferably one year of which is in supervisory level.
