Job summary

Hedcor, Inc. in Davao City is seeking a Plant Engineer (Project-based) to maximize plant operations and maintain equipment in top condition. You will collaborate with Operations & Maintenance to deliver results and support community and company goals.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in EE/ME/ECE, a valid professional engineer license, and at least one year of hydro experience. On-site assignment at Calinan, Davao City, with a focus on operations, maintenance planning, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in EE/ME/ECE
• Licensed Engineer (EE/ME/ECE)
• At least one year of hydro industry experience

Responsibilities

• Monitors plant on a daily basis and reports abnormalities to immediate superior; makes recommendations as needed.
• Checks inventory of spare parts and coordinates procurement with the client.
• Implements standard operating procedures and work instructions for assigned plant.
• Prepares work orders and manages the maintenance team for proper action.
• Supervises maintenance technicians and ensures duties and daily reports are completed.
• Submits monthly accomplishment and performance reports to superior and client.
• Updates monthly KPIs and compliance reports; executes root cause analyses as needed.
• Coordinates annual maintenance activities with clients during rehabilitation periods.
• Ensures safety measures are followed and company policies are adhered to.
