Job summary

Hedcor Sibulan, Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to ensure efficient operation of mechanical components across hydro facilities.

You will collaborate with Operations & Maintenance to drive reliability, safety, and continuous improvement in a purpose-driven environment. The role requires a Mechanical Engineering degree, a registered professional engineer status, and 3–5 years of rotating machinery experience, plus at least 1 year in maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer.
• 3–5 years work experience in Rotating Machines; Hydraulic Power Unit, Bearing and Motors.
• At least 1 year of related experience in Mechanical Maintenance.

Responsibilities

• Implements the Mechanical Maintenance Program to ensure efficient and uninterrupted plant operation.
• Conducts regular site inspections on structures and equipment to identify and address abnormalities.
• Leads Predictive Maintenance and Condition Monitoring programs to identify early failure trends and improve reliability.
• Supervises mechanics in maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting activities.
• Ensures maintenance works on hydro facilities and civil structures are safe, efficient, and to standard.
• Provides technical support for troubleshooting turbines, pumps, and other mechanical systems.
• Uses data analytics to monitor performance and optimize maintenance strategies.
