Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines seeks an experienced Electrical Engineer for on-site O&M and construction management of PV and wind projects. You will lead teams to implement PMS and ensure safe, compliant plant operation.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, REE license, 3+ years in power, on-site PM experience, and fluent English. A driving license is required for field work and coordination with grid operators.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering; REE license required.
• At least 3 years in the power industry; 2+ years on-site O&M or construction management in PV or wind projects.
• 1+ year of team management; able to independently formulate annual and monthly PMS.
• Familiar with local Philippine power regulations, grid interconnection requirements, and electrical safety standards.
• Proficient in troubleshooting PV modules, inverters, transformers, and high/low-voltage switchgear; reads electrical diagrams.
• Able to analyze generation performance indicators.
• Fluent in English; able to read technical drawings and communicate with grid companies and manufacturers.
• Holds a valid Philippine driver's license.

4. Perform troubleshooting, inspection and maintenance for PV modules, inverters, transformers, high and low-voltage switchgear; proficient in reading primary and secondary electrical drawings.

5. Proficient in troubleshooting core equipment such as PV modules, inverters,transformers, and high/low-voltage switchgear; capable of reading primary electrical diagrams and understanding basic secondary diagrams.
6. Able to independently calculate and analyze generation performance indicators.
7. Fluent in English (listening, speaking, reading, and writing), with the ability to read technical drawings and operation manuals without barriers, and communicate effectively with grid companies, clients, equipment manufacturers, and other relevant parties.
8. Holds a valid Philippine driver's license.
