Job summary

CHINT Smartpower Services in the Philippines seeks an Electrical Engineer to lead on-site O&M and construction management for PV and wind projects, ensuring safe, stable operation. You will develop and execute annual and monthly PMS for electrical equipment and ensure compliance with local regulations, grid interconnection and safety standards.

The role requires reading electrical drawings, troubleshooting PV modules, inverters, transformers and switchgear, plus coordinating with grid companies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering and REE license.
• Minimum 3 years in power with 2+ years on-site O&M or construction mgmt.
• At least 1 year in team leadership.
• Familiar with Philippine power regulations, grid interconnection, safety standards.
• Able to read electrical diagrams and analyze generation indicators.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site electrical operation, maintenance and construction management for PV and wind projects.
• Develop and execute annual and monthly PMS for electrical equipment.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine power regulations, grid interconnection and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot and maintain PV modules, inverters, transformers and switchgear; read diagrams.
• Support daily operations and safety with a valid local driving license.
