Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking an Accountant to manage end-to-end CME plant costings, inventory receipts, and government reporting. The role covers calculating monthly CME costs, preparing cost and savings reports, and ensuring accurate inventory valuation for audit and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in accounting within manufacturing or energy sectors and is willing to be assigned in Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte. Proficiency in Google Workspace is required.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of related experience in Manufacturing, Retail, Oil/Gas.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides).
• Graduate of a four-year course relating to Accountancy.

Responsibilities

• Compute CME cost monthly to support pricing and inventory valuation.
• Prepare monthly cost and savings reports with key drivers of profitability.
• Record inventory receipts accurately for proper valuation and availability.
• Prepare DOE and BIR reports to support government compliance.
• Analyze cost movements to identify drivers of fluctuations.
• Provide management insights into cost performance and savings opportunities.
• Act as custodian of revolving fund and petty cash for CME plants.
