Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or project accounting.
• Willing to work in Bo. Nabilid, Roxas Zamboanga del Norte.

Responsibilities

• Budget CAPEX and OPEX with engineering and operations teams.
• Monitor actual project costs and perform variance analysis against budget.
• Ensure proper cost allocation to projects, cost centers, and WBS elements.
• Perform ROI / NPV analysis for capital projects.
• Prepare and submit periodic project financial reports (monthly/quarterly).
• Maintain accurate project accounting records in SAP.
• Track CAPEX and fixed asset accounting and coordinate asset tagging.
• Review invoices and validate against purchase orders and project progress.
• Monitor contractor/vendor payments aligned with milestones.
• Count for materials issued to projects and reconcile variances.
• Maintain adherence to policies, accounting standards and tax rules.
• Support internal/external audits.
• Coordinate with engineering, production, and procurement to validate project progress.
• Prepare cost forecasts and estimate cost-to-complete.
• Reconcile all project costs upon completion and capitalize in SAP.
