Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy required.
• Adept and knowledgeable on accounting principles and data analysis.
• Strong reconciliation skills and attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Google Workspace and MS Office.
• Open to a reliever type of employment.

Responsibilities

• Daily review and checking of IMMT Report.
• Preparation and reconciliation of Sales Volume and Inventory Analysis.
• Monthly preparation of Inventory Costing and ending balance.
• Input of inventory movements and cost in the system.
• Preparation and submission of Gross Margin Report (Statutory-Fuels, Statutory-Lubes, Management).
• Preparation of Journal Entries for assigned accounts (Fuels, Lubes, AR).
• Preparation of Government Reports (ORB and Liquidation, DOE, Issuance of Withdrawal Certificate).
• Item, Depot and Warehouse enrollment in UMDT.
