Job summary

SEAOIL Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Supply Operations Officer at the CME Plant in Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte. The role focuses on strategic procurement and efficient logistics planning of feedstocks, chemicals and biomass to secure CME plant operation at the lowest possible cost.

You will also reconcile supplier statements, and assist operations with purchasing issues for feedstocks, chemicals and biomass to ensure smooth plant performance.

Qualifications

• Open to fresh graduates
• Experience in the same role and/or supply chain certification is an advantage
• Willing to be assigned in CME Plant, Roxas, Zamboanga Del Norte

Responsibilities

• Manage the supply of quality feedstocks, biomass and chemicals at most competitive rates to ensure continuous CME plant operation
• Negotiate rates, terms & conditions, review and request approval of SLAs with suppliers to ensure continuity at best landed cost
• Act as the point of contact between suppliers and operations
• Ensure PO balances are properly closed and payment requests match actual deliveries
• Create supply plan and collaborate with Operations to improve supply strategic plans
• Secure buyer for by-products of CME with costs within or greater than the target price to ensure continuous CME plant operation and generate additional income for the plant
• Manage relationships with strategic partners effectively to enable sound partnership arrangements
• Prepare payment requests for suppliers accurately and timely and follow up with Accounting and Finance for payment processing and reconcile with supplier on any payment balances
