Job summary

MicroSourcing International, Ortigas, Pasig City, seeks a Planning Engineer to develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC). The role supports complex reinforcement steel projects through design, supply, fabrication, and delivery, with OPC, P6, or MS Project usage.

The role emphasizes on-time delivery, budget adherence, and data-driven decision support. Hybrid dayshift arrangement and opportunities for career growth are offered.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in project planning/controls within construction or infrastructure.
• Professional certification in planning/scheduling desirable.
• Tertiary qualification in Project Planning, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and monitor detailed project schedules.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and Engineers for progress updates.
• Monitor and report on progress, performance, and productivity across projects.
• Perform critical path, milestone, and resource analyses.
• Support Earned Value Management, variance analysis, and forecasting.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for internal and external clients.
• Identify schedule risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
• Maintain baselines, revisions, and as-built records.
• Promote best-practice project controls methodologies.
