A Planning Engineer plays a critical role in project management, primarily focusing on the development, scheduling, and monitoring of project timelines, resources, and costs.
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
License is an advantage
With at least 2-5 years of relevant experience as Planning Engineer
With knowledge on Primavera P6
Develop, monitor, and update detailed project plans and schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project).
Identify project milestones, critical paths, and deliverables.
Coordinate with project managers and teams to define tasks, resources, and timelines.
Assess and allocate resources (e.g., manpower, materials, equipment) effectively to ensure projects stay on schedule.
Identify any resource bottlenecks or conflicts and propose solutions.
Assist in estimating project costs and developing budgets.
Monitor project expenses to ensure alignment with the budget and recommend corrective actions if needed.
