Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented planning analyst to support manpower forecasting and daily operations.

You will apply manpower models and volume forecasts (daily, weekly, monthly), monitor fulfillment rates, and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure workforce availability and campaign readiness. You will also prepare productivity reports and maintain operational data to guide planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field

• Strong numerical thinking
• Background in e-commerce operations is a plus
• Able to communicate effectively with related parties to ensure realistic planning figures and timelines are met
