Job summary

Advanced Energy in the Philippines seeks a Planner Analyst to drive efficient, cost-effective production operations through automated planning and data-driven improvements. You will establish baselines, align resources with demand, maintain quality, and continuously optimize manufacturing processes to boost efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities include developing planning systems, cross-functional collaboration, on-time delivery planning, and automated reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IT/CS/CE or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of Oracle and SAP ERP systems.
• Understanding of PPC and supply chain management principles.
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Ability to develop production, material, and capacity plans to meet demand.

Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance production planning systems through automation and digitalization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement system improvements, and drive continuous process optimization.
• Support efficient and cost-effective production operations through data-driven planning solutions.
• Develop production plans that align customer demand with production capacity to ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with CSR, Operations, Production, and Supply Chain teams to proactively mitigate delivery risks.
• Develop automated reporting tools and dashboards to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
• Prepare and present planning, delivery, and operational performance updates to management.
• Consolidate, analyze, and summarize key operational data to support decision-making and business reviews.
• Promote safe work practices and participate in hazard identification and incident prevention.
