Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Planner Analyst to drive cost-effective production operations through automation and data-driven planning. You will establish baselines, align resources with demand, and continuously optimize processes to improve efficiency and performance.

Responsibilities include developing planning systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering automated reports for management reviews. A strong PPC/ERP background and Excel/Power BI skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and reporting/visualization tools.
Knowledge of ERP systems such as Oracle and SAP, and manufacturing planning tools.

Responsibilities

Develop and enhance production planning systems through automation and digitalization to improve planning accuracy and resource utilization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, implement system improvements, and drive continuous process optimization.
Support efficient and cost-effective production operations through data-driven planning solutions.
Develop automated reporting tools and dashboards to enhance data accuracy and reporting efficiency.
Prepare and present planning, delivery, and operational performance updates to management.
