Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 2–3 years experience in manufacturing or production operations with data analysis.
• Strong Excel skills (advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, Power Query).
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and Power Automate is preferred.
• Experience supporting production lines or operations reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and review manufacturing data to support process improvement and productivity initiatives.
• Prepare, clean, and validate production datasets for internal and third-party reporting.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using Excel, Power BI, and Power Query.
• Automate data workflows using Power Automate.
• Provide timely, accurate data inputs to production planning and operations teams.
• Ensure data consistency across production lines and reports.
• Document data sources, reports, and automation outputs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve data discrepancies.
• Continuously build data analysis and SQL skills.
