Job summary

Airbus Helicopters Philippines Inc. is seeking an experienced professional for Production Planning & Scheduling.

The role involves managing maintenance work packages, coordinating with support teams, and ensuring timely completion of aircraft maintenance projects in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent and has at least 4 years of related experience.

Responsibilities

• Manages aircraft, engine, and components maintenance requirements.
• Monitors compliance of unscheduled tasks, MEL items, and short term escalations.
• Prepares work packages for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance with required parts/tools/equipment.
• Tracks maintenance and logistics statuses affecting assigned projects.
• Receives Service Orders from Customer Support Manager.
• Conducts launching meetings to start projects and set completion commitments.
• Receives technical reports and parts requirements for costing and client proposals.
• Coordinates progress meetings to identify status and delays.
• Submits progress reports to Customer Support Manager.
• Updates aircraft documentation and data archiving prior to customer acceptance.
• Records actual man-hours and overtime for project reporting.

Job Mission/Objectives

Responsible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities including handling of work package creation, work done report and updating of all aircraft documentations and other relevant maintenance records. Handles the on-going projects including the resources needed i.e tools, aircraft parts and manpower information and ensure

Duties & Responsibilities

• Manages the aircraft, engine, and components maintenance requirements.
• Monitors compliance of unscheduled tasks, aircraft deferred defects, Minimum Equipment List (MEL) items, and Short Term Escalations.
• Responsible for preparation of work packages for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and ensuring completeness of parts/tools/equipment needed for the project.
• Responsible for tracking maintenance and logistics statuses directly affecting assigned projects.
• Receives Service Order from Customer Support Manager.
• Conducts “Launching Meeting” with corresponding concerned departments to start the project stated in Service Order and come up with commitment to the target scheduled of completion.
• Receives possible technical report and parts requirement from Maintenance Engineer and forwarded to Customer Support Manager for costing and proposal to the Client.
• Coordinates and conducts progress meetings with concerned departments in order to identify the project status and problems of project delay.
• Submits progress report to Customer Support Manager for clients project status.
• Submits completed work done report to Customer Support Manager.
• Records and updates all aircraft documentations such as Aircraft Log Book, Individual Record Cards, Engine Log Book and other relevant maintenance records prior to customer acceptance including proper data archiving.
• Records and submits actual man-hour and overtime spent in the project to Customer Support Manager, Finance and HR Department.
• Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
