Airbus Helicopters Philippines Inc. seeks a Professional in Production Planning & Scheduling to manage maintenance requirements for aircraft, engines, and components.

You will prepare work packages for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, monitor progress, and ensure complete documentation and data archiving for client acceptance. You will coordinate with departments, track MEL items, and provide reports on status, man-hours, and overtime to Finance, HR, and Customer Support.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalent.
• At least 4 years related experience.
• Awareness of compliance risks and integrity.

• Track maintenance and logistics statuses affecting projects.
• Record and update Aircraft Log Book, Engine Log Book and other maintenance records.
• Submit progress and completed work reports to the Customer Support Manager.
• Coordinate progress meetings to identify status and delays.
• Receive service orders and liaise with departments for costing and proposals.
• Record man-hours and overtime spent on projects.

Job Description:Job Mission/ObjectivesResponsible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities including handling of work package creation, work done report and updating of all aircraft documentations and other relevant maintenance records.Handles the on-going projects including the resources needed i.e tools, aircraft parts and manpower information and ensureDuties & Responsibilities:Manages the aircraft, engine, and components maintenance requirements.Monitors compliance of unscheduled tasks, aircraft deferred defects, Minimum Equipment List (MEL) items, and Short Term Escalations.Responsible for preparation of work packages for both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and ensuring completeness of parts/tools/equipment needed for the project.Responsible for tracking maintenance and logistics statuses directly affecting assigned projectsReceives Service Order from Customer Support Manager.Conducts “Launching Meeting” with corresponding concerned departments to start the project stated in Service Order and come up with commitment to the target scheduled of completionReceives possible technical report and parts requirement from Maintenance Engineer and forwarded to Customer Support Manager for costing and proposal to the Client.Coordinates and conducts progress meetings with concerned departments in order to identify the project status and problems of project delay.Submits progress report to Customer Support Manager for clients project status.Submits completed work done report to Customer Support Manager.Records and updates all aircraft documentations such as Aircraft Log Book, Individual Record Cards, Engine Log Book and other relevant maintenance records prior to customer acceptance including proper data archiving.Records and submits actual man-hour and overtime spent in the project to Customer Support Manager, Finance and HR Department.Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.Personal & Interpersonal Skills:Meticulous and keen to details.Performs job with highest integrityPromotes camaraderie among employeeGood communication skills (written and oral)Professional Skills:Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or equivalentAt least 4 years related experienceThis job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.Company:Airbus Helicopters Philippines Inc.Employment Type:Permanent-Experience Level:ProfessionalJob Family:Production Planning & Scheduling By submitting your CV or application you are consenting to Airbus using and storing information about you for monitoring purposes relating to your application or future employment.
