Job summary

Holcim Philippines, Inc. is seeking a Production Planner to develop production plans based on sales forecasts and standard capacity. The role generates production performance reports to support informed management decisions.

Responsibilities include inventory monitoring, KPI reporting, data accuracy across systems, and assisting in budgeting and special projects while ensuring efficient material usage and safety improvements.

Qualifications

• Graduate in B.S. Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics & Communication.
• Preferably with two (2) years experience in manufacturing.
• Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in statistical data gathering and related activities.

• Ensures efficient material usage and supports safety and operational improvements following SOPs for material handling.
• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize resource use and meet production targets.

Job description

The Production Planner provides a production plan based on sales forecast and standard production capacity and to generate production performance reports for effective management decisions

Responsibilities:

• Conducts daily monitoring of material inventory, performs monthly inventory counts, and supports quarterly inventory surveys.

• Prepares weekly and monthly reports, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and production plans based on sales forecasts and maintenance schedules.

• Maintains accurate records in the production systems, ensuring data consistency between systems, and managing material consumption reports for billing. Provides technical data for reports required by external agencies and assists in the preparation of requests for services.

• Supports the budgeting and planning phases, ensuring alignment of production targets and KPIs, and assists in special projects as needed.

• Ensures efficient material usage and supporting safety and operational improvements, while adhering to standard operating procedures for material handling and usage.

• Participates in continuous improvement initiatives, with a focus on optimizing resource utilization and meeting production targets.

Requirements:

• Graduate of any of the following engineering disciplines: B.S. Chemical, Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics & Communication.

• Preferably with two (2) years experience in manufacturing industry

• Must have a minimum of one (1) year experience in statistical data gathering and similar work related activities
