• Assist in pizza assembly, baking, and plating of menu items.
• Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards consistently.
• Ensure food is prepared and served on time.
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, slicers, and food preparation tools.
• Monitor food quality and freshness throughout preparation and service.
• Assist in receiving, checking, and storing deliveries properly.
• Maintain adequate stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
• Follow all food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintain the cleanliness of workstations, kitchen equipment, utensils, and storage areas.
• Ensure proper food handling, storage, and temperature control.
• Dispose of waste properly and maintain a clean working environment.
• Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in opening and closing kitchen procedures.
