Job summary

ESCA Incorporated in the Philippines is seeking a BIM Modeler (Piping Design) to create, detail, and manage accurate 3D piping models for industrial and commercial projects. You will convert schematics and P&IDs into clash-free BIM models, generate fabrication drawings and BOMs, and coordinate with multi-discipline teams to meet project standards.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor’s or Diploma in mechanical engineering, piping design, or a related field, and have at least three years’ hands-on

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Mechanical Eng, Piping Design, Architecture, or related field.
• At least 3 years of hands-on 3D piping design and BIM modeling experience.

Responsibilities

• Convert 2D designs and P&IDs into detailed 3D piping models using Revit and CADworks.
• Run clash detection analyses with Navisworks to resolve spatial conflicts.
• Generate isometrics, GA plans, section details, and spool drawings from 3D models.
• Extract Bills of Materials (BOM) and piping material schedules for procurement and estimation.
• Ensure piping models and drawings meet project specs and CAD/BIM standards.
