Job summary

Legal Management Group in the Philippines is seeking a dedicated Personal Injury Case Manager to serve as the main contact for clients and guide them through every stage of their case.

You will coordinate medical treatment, communicate with healthcare providers and insurers, maintain detailed case files, and work closely with attorneys and staff to move cases toward resolution. A bilingual English/Spanish skill set is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Personal Injury Case Management experience.
• Strong understanding of the personal injury claim process.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload while maintaining attention to detail.
• Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Be primary point of contact for clients throughout their case.
• Coordinate medical treatment and appointments with providers.
• Maintain organized case files and review medical records and billing documentation.
• Assist in preparing demand packages and settlement documents.
• Collaborate with attorneys, negotiators, and support staff.
• Ensure all case information is documented accurately in the case management system.
