Job summary

Legal Management Group (LMG) in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to serve as the primary contact for clients throughout the life of their case. You will coordinate medical treatment, track progress, prepare demand packages, and collaborate with attorneys, insurers, and providers to move cases toward resolution while keeping clients informed and supported.

Qualifications

Must have 5+ years of Personal Injury Case Management experience.
Strong understanding of the personal injury claim process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload with attention to detail.
Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Client Communication & Advocacy: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients throughout the life of their case, build relationships, provide updates, and address concerns.
Medical Coordination: Coordinate medical treatment, monitor progress, communicate with providers about records, updates, and billing.
Case Management: Maintain accurate case files, review medical records and bills, prepare demand packages, and move cases toward resolution.
Team Collaboration: Work with attorneys, negotiators, and staff; communicate with insurance adjusters and providers; ensure proper documentation in the CM system.
