Job summary

ISTA Solutions is seeking an experienced Case Management Specialist to join our expanding team in the Philippines. You will conduct initial patient assessments, develop individualized healthcare plans, administer treatments per physician orders, and maintain precise medical records while coordinating with US insurance providers.

The role requires biomedical or medical allied education, familiarity with Medicare/Medicaid, and at least 1 year of BPO healthcare experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Medical Allied Courses.
• Basic knowledge about Medicare and Medicaid.
• 1 year BPO Healthcare experience reviewing medical records, authorizations, claims, denials, and appeals.
• Familiar with common medical terms and terminology.
• Good English verbal and written skills.
• Good work management skills.
• Familiar with MS Office tools and applications.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments of patients' medical conditions, care needs, and treatment goals; develop healthcare plans tailored to each patient.
• Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed; monitor vital signs and assist with wound care or IV therapy.
• Maintain accurate, up-to-date patient records documenting care provided, changes in condition, and any incidents.
• Coordinate with US insurance providers.
