Job summary

Lewis Personnel Management in the Philippines is seeking an experienced U.S. Personal Injury Legal Support professional to assist attorneys and case managers throughout the lifecycle—from intake and pre-litigation through settlement and litigation support.

You will prepare demand packages, summarize medical records, manage deadlines, and coordinate with insurers, medical providers, and clients, with a focus on accuracy and timely communication.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of U.S. Personal Injury legal support experience
• Strong experience in pre-litigation and/or litigation support
• Experience preparing demand packages and settlement documentation
• Skilled in medical records review and billing summaries
• Experience handling insurance correspondence and legal documentation
• Background supporting U.S.-based law firms or legal service providers
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines

Responsibilities

• Support U.S. Personal Injury cases from intake through settlement
• Prepare demand packages, case summaries, medical chronologies, and legal documentation
• Review and summarize medical records, bills, and treatment documentation
• Handle correspondence with insurance carriers, medical providers, and clients
• Provide pre-litigation and litigation support as needed
• Track case deadlines, milestones, and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate and updated case records in legal case management systems
