Qualifications

• Degree qualified with exceptional English communication skills (written and verbal).
• 5–8 years proven experience in recruitment, talent sourcing/research or end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience building and maintaining talent pipelines and working with multiple channels to engage candidates.

Responsibilities

• Lead talent pipelining and manage talent pools for global clients.
• Develop multi-channel sourcing strategies including direct and indirect channels.
• Build talent communities and engage candidates through social media, market mapping and referrals.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and recruitment supervisors to deliver hires on time.
