Job summary

EPSILON GROUP SERVICES INC. in Ortigas, Manila, is seeking a Licensed Philippine Registered Nurse with Healthcare BPO Team Lead experience to join our team onsite. This leadership role combines clinical expertise with BPO operations and requires night shifts with ASAP start.

You will lead healthcare accounts, oversee audits, and collaborate across clinical and operations teams to ensure quality service delivery in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Must be a Licensed Philippine Registered Nurse (PHRN).
Minimum 2 years of Team Lead experience in a Healthcare BPO setting.
Minimum 2 years of experience in OR, Cath Lab, Endoscopy, or Charge Audit.
