Job summary

Omega Healthcare Management Services Inc. is seeking a Senior Team Lead in healthcare operations to guide a clinical review team within a fast-paced BPO in Ortigas, Pasig. The role requires PH RN licensure and US RN preferred, with at least two years of team-lead experience.

Onsite work with night or shifting schedules, driving KPI performance, adherence to InterQual/MCG guidelines, and collaboration with stakeholders across payers and providers.

Qualifications

• Active PH Registered Nurse (PHRN) license required; US Registered Nurse (USRN) license is highly preferred
• At least 2 years of experience as a Team Lead or Supervisor
• Experience in a Healthcare BPO or Call Center environment
• Strong healthcare background, preferably in clinical operations, utilization management, case management, or hospital-based healthcare services
• Experience working in an Acute Care Hospital setting (ER/OR/ Medical Surgical)
• Strong leadership, coaching, and people management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Amenable to reporting onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
• Willing to work on a night shift or shifting schedule as required

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of clinicians to achieve performance targets
• Manage team KPIs (quality, productivity, attendance, and compliance)
• Conduct coaching sessions, performance reviews, and feedback discussions
• Handle conflict resolution and drive team engagement
• Analyze performance data, identify gaps, and elevate risks/red flags
• Oversee Utilization Review (UR), clinical denial management, and appeals processes
• Ensure proper application of InterQual and/or MCG guidelines in clinical reviews
• Participate in calibration sessions and quality reviews
• Present Business Reviews (WBR/MBR/QBR/YBR) to stakeholders
• Ensure alignment with client requirements in a dynamic, client-facing environment
• Prepare reports and dashboards using Excel and PowerPoint
