FiberHome Phils., Inc. seeks a seasoned market-entry leader to drive core utility client development for the Philippine water sector.

You will identify concrete customer needs and opportunities across FiberHome’s Smart Water Meter, AMR/AMI, IoT Platform, and NRW solutions to accelerate entry and forge long-term partnerships. The role requires extensive networking across water utilities, senior-level negotiation, and fluency in English and Filipino, with deep procurement and project-management

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Philippine water infrastructure, metering, NRW, or IoT projects.
• Strong network with water utilities, procurement, and IT/digital transformation stakeholders.
• Ability to lead executive- and functional-level engagements and map supplier ecosystems.
• Familiarity with Philippine water-industry procurement and business models.

Responsibilities

• Lead core-utility client development and drive FiberHome's entry into the Philippine water-utility system.
• Identify concrete needs and opportunities across FiberHome’s Smart Water Meter, AMR/AMI, IoT Platform, and NRW solutions.
• Run competitive and supplier analyses to assess the local vendor landscape.
• Design commercial models aligned with local water industry procurement practices (metering, AMI/AMR, NRW, IoT).
• Help FiberHome shape commercial models suited to utilities in the Philippines.
