Job summary

Career Team Enterprises is seeking a Philippines-based Paralegal to support our Legal Department, reporting to the General Counsel. This fully remote role oversees contract workflows, compliance records, and legal-administrative tasks for U.S.

and Philippine operations, with night-shift hours. The ideal candidate has 3+ years paralegal experience (or related), a relevant degree or certificate, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate; a law degree or legal studies background is a plus but not required.
• 3+ years of experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, or similar role.
• Located in the Philippines with night shift hours to overlap U.S. team.
• Experience or formal education related to U.S. law is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Assist with review, redlining, and management of contracts relating to U.S. operations under attorney direction.
• Maintain the contract management system, tracking key dates, renewals, and deliverables.
• Support compliance monitoring and prepare compliance reports and documentation.
• Draft and maintain internal policies for U.S. operations for attorney review.
• Track filing deadlines and assist with U.S. tax compliance documentation.
• Prepare registrations, permits, annual reports, and other corporate filings.
• Coordinate with brokers and internal stakeholders regarding U.S. entities' insurance documents.
• Assist with document collection and fact-gathering for internal investigations.
