Job summary

UGREEN GROUP LIMITED is seeking a dedicated KOL Operations professional for the Philippine market. You will manage end-to-end KOL resources, conduct outreach, negotiate partnerships, and optimize localization to boost brand visibility and conversions.

Collaboration with the regional team will shape campaigns for local audiences. Fluent English and deep knowledge of Filipino culture are essential, along with strong communication and data-driven decision making to drive ROI and regional expansion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field.
• 2–3 years of KOL operations or digital marketing experience, preferably in Southeast Asia.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of Philippine KOL resources and outreach.
• Plan, execute, and optimize KOL campaigns tailored to Philippine culture and user preferences.
• Coordinate with regional and local partners to ensure timely content and performance.
• Collect and analyze campaign data; draft post-campaign reports with actionable insights.
• Maintain relationships with Philippine KOLs and adapt localization for ROI.
