Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial Engineering; master’s preferred.
• 12-15 years in project delivery or service operations in data center, power, or telecom industries.
• 5+ years in managerial or customer-facing leadership; strong P&L, budgeting, forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of complex Data Center and Telecom power projects.
• Own P&L, budgeting, pricing governance, risk management, and negotiations.
• Mentor and scale a multi-disciplinary team of PMs, engineers, and field staff.
• Ensure SLA/KPI compliance and client retention across service agreements.
