Blackpanda is seeking a Managing Director, Philippines to own and scale the local market. You will lead revenue, strategy, partnerships, and a country team across sales, marketing, and incident response.

The role requires executive presence, market-building, and the ability to operate in a fast-growing, pre-Series B environment. You will build relationships with CISOs, CIOs, and boards, drive the A2I proposition, and ensure delivery quality while navigating regulatory and insurance aspects in

Qualifications

• Over 12 years of professional experience with at least 5 years in country/general management or senior revenue leadership.
• Proven track record of building and scaling a business in the Philippines.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity buyer behavior and DFIR/incident response.
• Experience monetising channel, OEM, or MSSP-led routes in the Philippines.
• Executive presence with C-suite, board, and regulators, under pressure.
• Fluent English and Tagalog (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel across the Philippines and to regional Blackpanda offices.

Responsibilities

• Own the Philippines business and revenue and deliver targets across incident response services.
• Lead market strategy, forecast accuracy, and pipeline discipline with local teams.
• Build and manage a local sales team and coach first-line managers.
• Develop and manage channel and alliance relationships locally.
• Represent Blackpanda with regulators and key stakeholders.
