Solarvest Holdings Berhad is seeking a Country Manager for the Philippines to spearhead market expansion and operational excellence in a fast-growing renewable energy landscape. You will drive strategic growth, build brand presence, and navigate regulatory requirements while aligning with Solarvest’s regional and global goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of managerial or senior leadership experience in renewable energy, utilities, or related sectors.
• Demonstrated success in P&L ownership and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong experience with government agencies, corporate clients, and regulatory bodies.
• Experience with multinational or FD I companies is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute country-level strategies to support long-term growth in the Philippines.
• Lead P&L ownership, revenue targets, budgeting, forecasting and cost optimisation.
• Establish and manage local stakeholder partnerships with government agencies, utilities, financial institutions, and clients.
• Ensure compliance with local renewable energy regulations, permits, and project execution standards.
• Oversee day-to-day operations, including project development, procurement, installation, and after-sales delivery.
• Recruit, mentor, and lead a high-performing local team and foster a collaborative, performance-driven culture.
