Job summary

DAI Global UK Ltd. leads the COAST Facility in the Philippines, overseeing the country programme, strategy alignment with national priorities and donor expectations.

The Country Team Leader will drive integrated delivery of grants and technical assistance, supervise in-country staff and ensure robust reporting and learning across the programme. The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, leadership across multi-disciplinary teams, and experience in managing complex development programmes

Qualifications

• Significant senior leadership experience delivering complex development, climate, environment, ocean or coastal programmes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to diverse audiences.
• Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage country-level programmes.

Responsibilities

• Lead COAST Philippines country team and deliver integrated grants and technical assistance.
• Ensure country-level reporting reflects progress and informs programme analysis.
• Oversee risk management, budgeting, forecasting and operations for the country office.
