Lintec & Linnhoff Philippines is seeking a seasoned Sales & Operations leader to drive growth for asphalt and concrete mixing plants across the country. You will shape sales strategy, coordinate with regional teams, and ensure excellent service delivery to key accounts.

You will lead cross-functional teams, manage major accounts, and travel frequently to serve customers nationwide and regionally.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Business Management.
• 5–7 years in sales/operations for heavy machinery or plant solutions.
• Experience with asphalt/concrete plants is a strong advantage.
• Fluent in English and Filipino; strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute a sales strategy for asphalt and concrete plants, aligning with regional objectives.
• Oversee and guide the Area Sales Manager to achieve targets and expand market share.
• Establish and track key performance metrics to ensure progress toward sales goals.
• Collaborate with the Regional Sales GM to design growth initiatives for the Philippine market.
• Coordinate with service and parts teams to optimize customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Report market developments and performance metrics to the Regional Sales GM.
