湖南拓维云创科技有限责任公司 is seeking a skilled accounting professional to manage full-set accounting activities in a Philippine entity. The role includes revenue/cost/warehousing and inter-company accounting, ensuring compliance with BIR regulations, and proper filing of vouchers and supporting documents.

The candidate will handle monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings, including VAT, WHT, income tax, and other taxes, coordinating with external auditors for annual statutory audit.

Formación

• College diploma or above, majoring in Accounting, Taxation, Finance or related disciplines.
• Minimum 3-year hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting and tax compliance for Philippine local entities; well-versed in end-to-end BIR filing procedures and SEC annual corporate compliance.
• Proficient in Excel and local accounting software; capable of independently building ledgers and generating data reports.
• Good command of English; meticulous, rigorous working attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Perform full-set accounting activities for the company. Conduct accounting for revenue, cost, warehousing & logistics, service fees and inter-company transactions in compliance with Philippine BIR tax regulations and local accounting standards; properly file vouchers, account books and supporting documents.
• Complete full-range tax filings on schedule, including monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR submissions for VAT, withholding tax (WHT), income tax, documentary stamp tax and other taxes. Execute tax payment, and handle the whole process of return reconciliation as well as online/off-line filing.
• Liaise with local RDO tax offices; deal with tax correspondence, tax audits, tax objections & appeals, and negotiate for penalty abatement. Prepare complete audit documentation and coordinate with external auditors for annual statutory audit.
• Administer local corporate bank accounts, reconcile bank statements, organize documents for foreign-currency receipts and payments, and maintain traceable ledgers.
