Job summary

湖南拓维云创科技有限责任公司 seeks an experienced bookkeeper in Metro Manila to handle full-set accounting for revenue, costs, warehousing, logistics, and service fees in compliance with Philippine BIR rules. You will manage AR/AP, vouchers, ledgers, and invoices, ensuring accurate records.

The role requires 3+ years in hands-on bookkeeping and tax filing, proficiency in Excel, and good English communication. Familiarity with BIR, VAT, SEC filings, and local accounting software is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on full-set bookkeeping and tax filing experience for local Philippine enterprises.
• Familiar with the full BIR filing process and SEC annual corporate registration.
• Proficient in Excel and able to independently set up ledgers and data reports.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for full-set bookkeeping for the company: revenue, cost, warehousing, logistics, service fees, and AR/AP according to Philippine BIR laws and local standards.
• Complete tax filings for all tax types on schedule (VAT, WHT, income tax, stamp tax); ensure on-time payments and filing.
• Liaise with the local Revenue District Office (RDO), handle tax correspondence, audits, and penalties; prepare audit materials for external audits.
• Manage local bank accounts, bank reconciliations, and document foreign exchange receipts/payments.

Job description

Working Hours: 9:00-18:00, eight-hour workday, 5 working days per week
Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for full-set bookkeeping for the company: complete revenue, cost, warehousing and logistics, service fees, and accounts receivable/payable accounting in accordance with Philippine BIR tax laws and local accounting standards; comprehensively organize and archive vouchers, ledgers, and invoices;
• Complete tax filings for all tax types on schedule: monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR filings for VAT, withholding tax (WHT), income tax, stamp tax, etc., pay taxes on time, and handle the full process of return verification and online/offline filing;
• Liaise with the local Revenue District Office (RDO), handle tax correspondence, tax audits, tax dispute appeals, and penalty reduction negotiations, prepare the full set of audit materials, and cooperate with annual external audits;
• Manage local bank accounts, bank transaction reconciliations, and organize foreign exchange receipt and payment documentation, ensuring clear and traceable ledgers.
  

Job Requirements:

• College degree or above, majoring in accounting, taxation, finance, or related fields;
• 3 years or more of hands-on experience in full-set bookkeeping and tax filing for local Philippine enterprises, familiar with the full BIR filing process and SEC annual corporate registration;
• Proficient in Excel and local accounting software, capable of independently setting up ledgers and data reports;
• Good English skills, meticulous and rigorous in work.
