Job summary

Cadence RX in Makati City is seeking a Pharmacy Support Representative to handle pharmacy outreach, billing updates, and record maintenance in Dynamics 365.

Requirements include a 4-year college degree, at least 2 years in customer service, familiarity with HIPAA and US pharmacy procedures is a plus, strong communication skills and attention to detail, and willingness to work any shift. Proficiency with MS Office and Dynamics 365 is desirable.

Qualifications

• College graduate of any 4-year course; advantage for allied health.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in any field.
• US Healthcare and Workers’ Compensation experience is an advantage.
• Knowledge of US pharmacy procedures and medical terminology preferred.
• HIPAA knowledge is an advantage.
• MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage.
• Excellent organizational, communication and customer service skills.
• Keen attention to detail; ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
• Discretion, confidentiality and independent judgment.
• Team player across the organization.
• Professional phone etiquette.
• Typing speed >45 wpm preferred.
• Willing to work any assigned shift in Makati City

Responsibilities

• Work in designated queues to complete business-related tasks.
• Handle callback cases to coordinate with pharmacy for pending medications.
• Identify and prioritize urgent cases and escalation needs.
• Assist pharmacies with updating payer billing information.
• Document and update records in Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Meet required metrics while maintaining quality standards.
• Adhere to company policies and applicable laws.
• Other duties as assigned.
