Shore360 Philippines is seeking a Pharmacy Assistant for the morning shift, on-site. This role supports dispensing in a community pharmacy under Australian standards, with focus on accuracy, patient safety, and responsive service.

The ideal candidate is a Registered Pharmacist with experience in community settings, willing to work shifting hours, and able to operate independently while maintaining high attention to detail and up-to-date knowledge of medications and dispensing practices.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Pharmacist with current license.
• Experience in a community pharmacy setting preferred.
• Strong clinical/medical knowledge and clinical judgment.
• Willing to work shifting schedules and adapt to Australian standards.

Responsabilités

• Provide accurate and efficient dispensing of medications in a community pharmacy setting.
• Maintain 100% dispensing accuracy and zero medication errors.
• Deliver quick, safe service while upholding patient safety and compliance standards.
• Follow Australian pharmacy practices and procedures as required.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and adhere to guidelines.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Registered Pharmacist
• Experience working in a community pharmacy setting

• Willing to learn and adapt to Australian pharmacy standards and processes
• Ability to work independently and unsupervised
• Strong attention to detail with high accuracy in dispensing
