Job summary

SGS is seeking a detail-oriented Proposal Specialist to work with clients and the laboratory to scope work and prepare quotes for USP, EP, and JP testing. You will act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure high-quality service and timely delivery.

The role requires coordinating with Salesforce and PandaDoc, ensuring up-to-date RFPs, proposals, and quotes. 3 months onsite then transitioning to a hybrid setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific field (Chemistry, Microbiology or related).
• 1+ year in customer service required.
• 2+ years pharma lab testing and cGMP experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Scope work for proposals and prepare quotes for compendial testing.
• Coordinate between clients and lab teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain CRM quotes and client records accurately.
• Support regulatory compliance and timely TAT communications.
