Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy.
• Strong curiosity, proactive problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of key department initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Research, analyze data, and synthesize findings into actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, and R&D to support deliverables.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve internal tools and docs.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and materials for internal and external meetings.
