Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy.
• Strong curiosity, proactive problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset.
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides).
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.

Your Role

• Project Support: Assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of key department/function initiatives and cross-functional projects.
• Analysis & Insights: Perform research, analyze data, and synthesize findings into actionable insights for team stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams such as Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, and R&D to support operational deliverables.
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve tools, or enhance internal documentation.
• Presentation: Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external meetings.

About You
