Job summary

Qualifications

• Education: Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Pharmacy
• Mindset: Strong curiosity, proactive problem-solving skills, and a growth mindset
• Technical/Domain Skills: Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides)
• Communication: Excellent written and spoken English skills; additional languages are a plus
• Teamwork: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team

Responsibilities

• Project Support: Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of key [department/function] initiatives and cross-functional projects
• Analysis & Insights: Perform research, analyze data, and synthesize findings into actionable insights for team stakeholders
• Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (e.g., Medical Affairs, Regulatory, Commercial, R&D) to support operational deliverables
• Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows, improve tools, or enhance internal documentation
• Presentation: Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and communication materials for internal and external meetings
