Job summary

Confidential is seeking a senior packaging designer to develop creative packaging concepts and production-ready artwork for multiple campaigns. You will create packaging systems, layouts, and mockups aligned with brand guidelines, ensuring on-brand visuals and print-ready quality.

You will collaborate with Brand Marketing, Product Development, Procurement, and suppliers, coordinating revisions based on feedback and staying ahead of packaging trends and materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Fine Arts, Advertising, or related field
• At least 3–5 years of experience in packaging design, graphic design, or creative design
• Strong portfolio showcasing packaging concepts and multi-platform creative work
• Strong leadership and experience in handling a group of creative people.
• Experience with Adobe Illustrator and packaging layouts/dielines is preferred

Responsibilities

• Develop creative packaging concepts and production-ready artwork for various products and campaigns
• Create packaging systems, layouts, mockups, and visual studies aligned with brand guidelines
• Ensure all designs are visually compelling, on-brand, and optimized for print production
• Work closely with Brand Marketing, Product Development, Procurement, and suppliers to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs
• Prepare final artworks and coordinate revisions based on stakeholder feedback
• Stay updated on design trends, packaging innovations, materials, and printing
• Assist in conceptualizing seasonal campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives
• Design marketing and campaign materials beyond packaging — as needed
• Maintain organized design files and follow internal creative processes and timelines
