Job summary

GlaxoSmithKline Philippines seeks a Medical Representative to represent GSK locally. You will build trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and share clear, evidence-based clinical information while planning and growing your territory and gathering customer insights.

This on-site role requires regular travel within the territory. Fluent English and a passion for patient outcomes are essential as you support GSK’s mission to advance global health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, nursing, business, or related field.
• At least 5 years' experience in field sales, medical representation, or territory management.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical or healthcare sales environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans to meet sales and engagement objectives.
• Hold regular visits and discussions with doctors, pharmacists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
• Share clear, evidence-based clinical information during customer conversations.
• Capture and report customer insights and treatment patterns to inform local plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional colleagues to deliver practical solutions that create value for patients and customers.
• Keep accurate territory records and report activities using company systems.
