SGS Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage client proposals and quotes for pharmaceutical testing. You will liaise between clients and our microbiology and chemistry labs to ensure timely, high-quality service, and maintain accurate records in CRM and quotation platforms.

The role requires 1+ year in customer service, 2+ years in pharma lab testing with cGMP exposure, and strong English (C1).

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related field.
• Business/Finance knowledge is an advantage.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service.
• Minimum 2 years experience in pharma lab testing and cGMP.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, protocols, and RFPs.
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience with quoting tools such as Salesforce or PandaDoc is desirable.
• English at C1 level required.

Mansioni

• Scope work with clients and lab to prepare quotes for USP, EP, and JP testing.
• Maintain client and quote data in CRM/Quotation platforms.
• Coordinate between clients and the Microbiology and Chemistry dept. to ensure on-time delivery.
• Prepare proposals that match client inquiries and follow quote review/approval processes.
• Update clients on progress and any delays; provide routine TAT communications.
• Ensure GMP, GLP, and ISO compliance; follow SGS policies and procedures.
