HRTx Inc. in Laguna, PH, is seeking an experienced IT Manager to oversee all IT operations, infrastructure, networks, cybersecurity, and data communications in a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

The role focuses on ERP and SAP integration, databases, and manufacturing systems, with leadership of the IT team and delivery of digital transformation initiatives while ensuring GMP, ISO, EHS, and QMS compliance.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
5+ years IT management experience in infra, systems, and PM.
Strong ERP/SAP knowledge and manufacturing systems experience.
Experience in regulated industries (pharma, food, cosmetics) preferred.
Leadership, communication, and GMP/ISO/EHS/QMS familiarity.

Responsibilities

Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, applications, networks, cybersecurity, and data communications.
Lead ERP, SAP, databases, and manufacturing systems management and integration.
Guide IT team across systems, network, applications, SAP, and support functions.
Drive IT projects and digital transformation to improve efficiency and costs.
Ensure IT governance and compliance with GMP, ISO, EHS, and QMS.
