Job summary

Our Clients in Laguna, Philippines, seeks an experienced IT Head to lead the organization’s IT strategy, infrastructure, governance, and digital transformation initiatives. You will ensure technology supports pharmaceutical manufacturing, warehousing, supply chain, distribution, and corporate operations with data integrity and regulatory compliance.

You will oversee ERP and enterprise systems, cybersecurity, risk management, and vendor relationships, driving improvements across operations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
8–10 years of IT experience including leadership of IT operations, enterprise systems and infrastructure.
3–5 years in IT leadership with responsibility for strategy, budgeting and operations.
Experience in a pharmaceutical company and regulated environments (GxP) is required.
Willingness to work on-site in Laguna, Philippines.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the IT strategy and roadmap aligned with business goals.
Oversee IT operations, infrastructure, servers, networks, cloud services, hardware and software.
Lead ERP and enterprise systems management for manufacturing, warehousing and distribution.
Ensure regulatory compliance, data integrity and computerized system validation.
Establish IT governance, risk management, and business continuity plans.
Drive digital transformation, automation, vendor management, and budget adherence.
